Mobile apps

Your mobile app, new or taken over.

An iOS and Android app that replaces phone calls and paperwork, published on the stores and kept up to date.

Our team has worked for

  • Carrefour
  • Brut.
  • AlloCiné
  • Webedia
  • Crédit Agricole CIB

Where to start

Two starting points.

Build an app

You are starting from scratch.

  • A workshop settles the screens and the users.
  • A first version on your phone.
  • Built step by step through to release.

Take over an app

Your app already exists.

  • Your developer has stopped replying.
  • Your store rating is dropping.
  • Apple or Google are sending warnings.

Use cases

Fewer calls, less paperwork.

AI prepares the entry wherever it saves typing, and a person confirms it.

01

Ordering without a phone call

Your customers order from their phone, and the order arrives in writing.

02

Reports written on site

The technician dictates, AI formats it, they check it and the customer signs.

03

A photo fills in the form

A photo of the delivery note fills in the fields, with doubtful ones highlighted.

How it works

How a new app comes together.

  1. Step 1: A 30-minute call

We tell you whether an app is the right answer.

    A first answer.

  2. Step 2: The scoping workshop

We list the calls and paperwork to replace, then settle the screens.

    A clickable mock-up and a quote.

  3. Step 3: First version, then the build

You try it on your phone, then we build it and publish it.

    You decide after each step.

Our method in detail

FAQ

Your questions before they call.

How much does an app cost, and how long does it take?

It depends on the screens and the software to connect. You get a quote after the scoping workshop.

Wouldn’t a website be enough?

Sometimes, and we will tell you so. An app makes sense if people open it every week, or need to work offline.

Have you published apps before?

Not yet under the Flot name, as the agency is new. You judge a first version on your phone before going any further.

Who will own the app, the accounts and the code?

You will. The code, the Apple and Google accounts and the domain name stay in your name, with the rights assigned in the contract.

Who keeps it up to date after release?

We do, if you choose ongoing support. It covers the updates Apple and Google require every year.

Next step

30 minutes to scope your app.

The scoping workshop follows, with a mock-up and a quote.
