Do I have to show my rates online?
Yes, if you do call-outs for private customers: the arrêté of 24 January 2017 (a French ministerial order) requires your hourly rates including VAT and your travel charges to be displayed there.
Will I own the website and the domain name?
Yes. The domain name and your accounts stay in your name, and the contract transfers the rights to you.
