For builders

Plans and budget first, then the visit.

The customer describes the project, attaches the plans and states a budget. You choose your site visits, the AI drafts the estimate at your prices.

This is for you if

  • You drive out to projects with no budget.
  • You learn on site that planning permission is missing.
  • Quantities get worked out in the evening, at the office.

Our team has worked for

What we deliver

The project, the estimate, the certificate. The AI prepares, you approve.

01

The full project before the visit

The customer states their budget and planning status, then attaches plans and photos. You choose which projects to visit.

  • The AI flags a plan missing its dimensions or a blurred photo, without judging the customer.
02

The estimate in draft

The AI estimates the quantities (foundations, walls, slab) from the project’s dimensions, then applies your unit prices.

  • Each quantity highlighted, to check on site.
03

Your insurance certificate on every quote

The current décennale (10-year liability) insurance certificate goes with every draft quote, as article L243-2 of the Code des assurances (the French Insurance Code) requires.

  • Automatic reminder before it expires.

FAQ

Your questions before they call.

We work by word of mouth. Why a website?

Word of mouth keeps working. A recommended customer sends their project through your website, plans and budget included. You read it before you set off.

What if the customer doesn’t know their budget?

They can say they don’t know yet. You read their answer as it stands and decide what comes next.

Do we have to publish our repair rates?

Yes, for call-outs, repairs and maintenance work for private customers. The arrêté of 24 January 2017 (a French ministerial order) lists “maçonnerie” (masonry). For this work, its articles 2 and 3 require, among other things, your hourly rates including VAT and, where applicable, your travel charges to be easy to find online, on your website in particular.

Will the website and the domain name be ours?

Yes. The domain name stays in your name, and the contract transfers the rights to you.

Next step

30 minutes on your site visits before quoting.

Tell us how your projects come in, and we will tell you where to start.

Pouring a slab right now?

Leave your number and a time that suits you, and we will call you back.

Your number is only used to call you back and follow up your request. Privacy
