Does the draft quote follow the 2025 model?
Yes. Since 1 July 2025, quotes follow the model set by the arrêté of 11 February 2025 (a French ministerial order), which separates mandatory and non-mandatory services. The draft uses this model and your prices; you approve it before it is sent.
Does the information notice have to be on our website?
Yes. Since 1 October 2026, the standardised information notice must be published so that it is easily accessible from your website’s home page. This is set by the arrêté of 13 August 2026, made under article R. 2223-24-1 of the CGCT (the French General Local Authorities Code). We put the notice one click away, with your documentation générale.

Neither does the website. The AI prepares the draft quote, and you send it yourself after review.
Will the website and the domain name be ours?
Yes. The domain name stays in your name, and the contract transfers the rights to you.
