FAQ

Your questions before they call.

We belong to a network. Why have our own website?

Your website sits alongside the network’s pages, which we cannot change. It shows your time slots and receives requests with photos.

Can an insured driver choose our garage?

Yes. Under article L211-5-1 of the Code des assurances (the French Insurance Code), a motor policy states that the insured may choose their repairer for covered damage. The insurer reminds them of this when the claim is reported. Your website points this out to drivers too.

Should our website mention reused parts?

Yes. For certain categories of parts, you let consumers opt for parts from the circular economy (article L224-67 of the Code de la consommation, the French Consumer Code). Since 1 October 2024, this option must be displayed at reception and on your website (article D224-25-2). We show the information that article requires next to your fixed prices.

Will the website and the domain name be ours?

Yes. The domain name stays in your name, and the contract transfers the rights to you.
