For groundworks contractors

The plot in photos before you drive out.

On your website, the customer shows you the plot: access, slope, photos and an aerial view. The AI drafts the quote at your prices, you approve it.

This is for you if

  • A morning on the road to look at a plot.
  • The digger arrives, the gate is too narrow.
  • Volumes worked out after a day on site.

Our team has worked for

  • Carrefour
  • Brut.
  • AlloCiné
  • Webedia
  • Crédit Agricole CIB

Sample request

The gate measured before you send the digger.

The customer goes through three screens on their phone, you get the request and a text message.

What we deliver

The plot, the quote, the works notice details. The AI prepares, you approve.

01

The plot in the request

The customer points to the plot on an aerial view, gives the access width and the slope, then attaches photos.

  • Photo tips for the gate and the meter boxes.
02

The quote per m³ or m²

The AI starts from the customer’s measurements and applies your prices per m³, per m² or per linear metre.

  • Depth and spoil volume highlighted, to confirm on site.
03

Works notice details

The AI takes the address, footprint and type of works from the request. You check them, then send your DICT (declaration of intent to start works).

FAQ

Your questions before they call.

I’ll still go and see the plot. What are the photos for?

To choose the machine and the lorry before you set off, and to arrive with a first estimate. You still judge the ground on site.

Can the AI prepare the DICT?

It prepares the details, you check them. Then you send the DICT to each operator of the networks concerned (article R554-25 of the Code de l’environnement, the French Environmental Code).

Do we have to attach the 10-year insurance certificate to quotes?

For works where décennale (10-year) insurance is compulsory, yes: the certificate is attached to quotes and invoices (article L243-2 of the Code des assurances, the French Insurance Code). The draft attaches it for the jobs you mark.

Will the website and the domain name be ours?

Yes. The domain name stays in your name, and the contract transfers the rights to you.
