Do I have to show my call-out rates?
Yes, if you do call-outs for private customers. The arrêté of 24 January 2017 (a French ministerial order) requires your hourly rates including VAT and your travel charges to be easy to find there.
Will I own the website and the domain name?
Yes. The domain name stays in your name, and the contract transfers the rights to you.
