Our clients are managing agents and businesses. Is the website built for them?
Yes. The form adapts: communal areas and putting the bins out for a managing agent, floors and washrooms for a business.
Why do our clients ask us for documents?
For a service worth at least €5,000 excluding VAT, your business client must carry out checks (Code du travail, the French Labour Code, article R8222-1). They must obtain your attestation de vigilance, less than six months old, on signature and then every six months until the contract ends (article D8222-5). The client area keeps it available.
Will the website and the domain name be ours?
Yes. The domain name stays in your name, and the contract transfers the rights to you.
