For joiners and window fitters

A first estimate before the survey.

Your website receives every request with sizes and photos. The AI drafts the estimate from your manufacturer’s price list, you approve it.

  • Customers want a price before you have measured.
  • Every extra looked up in the manufacturer’s price list.
  • Quotes sent out, never followed up.

Questions for each window or door

For each window, door, shutter or gate, the customer specifies what affects the price: casements, colour, motorisation.

02

The estimate from the price list

The AI uses your manufacturer’s price list, your mark-up and your fitting prices, then highlights the sizes to check at the survey.

03

Unsigned quotes followed up

The customer gets an automatic reminder on the dates you set, with the quote attached.

FAQ

Your questions before they call.

How far can you trust a customer’s measurements?

Far enough for a first price. The estimate states that it is based on their measurements, and your survey confirms them before anything is made.

We buy from a manufacturer. Do you work from their price list?

Yes, if you receive it as a file. The AI reads the prices and extras from it, with no retyping, and each new price list replaces the old one. If you make your own joinery, it starts from your prices.

Do my repair rates have to be online?

Yes, for your call-outs, repairs and servicing for private customers, garage doors and motorised gates included. The arrêté of 24 January 2017 (a French ministerial order) requires, among other things, your hourly rates including VAT and, where applicable, your travel charges to be easy to find online.

Does my décennale (10-year) insurance certificate go with the quote?

Yes, the draft attaches it automatically. For décennale cover, the insurance certificate must be attached to quotes and invoices (article L243-2 of the Code des assurances, the French Insurance Code).

Will I own the website and the domain name?

Yes. The domain name stays in your name, and the contract transfers the rights to you.
