FAQ

Your questions before they call.

In an emergency, will customers fill in a form?

Some will call, and the call button stays on every page. The form takes requests while you are up on a roof.

Do I have to show my call-out rates on my website?

Yes, for private customers. The arrêté of 24 January 2017 (a French ministerial order) covers “couverture, toiture” (roofing) and requires you to publish the rates for your main services.

Do we need to rebuild our current website?

Not necessarily. If it is easy to edit, we add the tap-to-call number, the form with photos and the rates page.

Will the website and domain name be in our name?

Yes. The domain name stays in your name, and the contract transfers the rights to you.

Next step

30 minutes on your post‑storm requests.

Tell us how requests come in after a gale, and we will tell you where to start.

Out on a job?

Leave your number and the time you’ll be off the roof.

Your number is only used to call you back and follow up your request. Privacy
